Shipping Information

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping ($12.95):

  • Carrier: DHL or FedEx
  • Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking and insurance

Free Shipping (Orders over $50):

  • Carrier: EMS
  • Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Includes basic tracking

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges vary by country and are not included in your order total.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Floor Style Shop purchase. If you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process within 15 days of receiving your items.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance, the following products cannot be returned:

  • Opened containers of Floor Cleaner, Floor Finish, and Floor Polish (from Cleaning & Maintenance category)
  • Opened Glued Underlay and Laminate Underlay
  • Installation Equipment showing signs of use
  • Custom-cut flooring materials

Returns Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for faster processing.

Step 2: Wait for Authorization

We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number (required for all returns).

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely repackage the items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Step 5: Processing

Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Refund Information

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • Follow the same return process above
  • Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) desired in your return request
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
  • We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Include photos of the damaged item/incorrect product and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
