At Floor Style Shop, we stand behind the quality of our premium flooring products and accessories. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition
  • Return request must be initiated within 15 days of delivery
  • Original proof of purchase (order number) must be provided
Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and installation requirements, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Opened containers of Floor Cleaner, Floor Finish, and Floor Polish (Cleaning & Maintenance category)
  • Glued Underlay and Laminate Underlay once opened
  • Installation Equipment that shows signs of use
  • Custom-cut flooring materials

Returns & Exchanges Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use our template below for quicker processing.
  2. Wait for Authorization: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return instructions and an RMA number (required for all returns).
  3. Package Your Items: Securely repackage the items in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send the package to our warehouse at:

    Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

  5. Processing: Allow 3-5 business days for us to process your return once received.

Refund Information

Once your return is approved:

  • Timing: Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving your return
  • Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  1. Follow the same return process above
  2. Clearly indicate the replacement item(s) desired in your return request
  3. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
  4. We’ll ship your new item once the return is received and processed

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

  • Contact us immediately at [email protected]
  • Include photos of the damaged item/incorrect product and packaging
  • We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
